Faith Matters in Maine

The Christian Education League was formed by the
Christian Civic League of Maine in the late 1950s.  When the Internal Revenue Service changed its rules by creating a new status for non-profits the Christian Education League was formed to pursue one of the Civic League's three founding purposes.  The Christian Civic League of Maine was created in 1897 to "Educate all the people of Maine in good citizenship."  The Christian Education League exists to accomplish that educational purpose in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Christian Education League provides high quality educational content for groups and churches.  We promote good citizenship through worship and praise, high quality multi-media and public speaking.

Our executive director and/or his wife
Paulie Heath
will speak to any sized group, secular or religious.  In 2005 Mike was welcomed by standing room only crowds onto many of the major college campuses in Maine.  He delivered provocative, and thoughtful, remarks challenging popular assumptions about sexuality and morality.
